How to wear it:
• First place your gear in the case. Second, loosen the shoulder straps, lumbar support, and load lifters. Place the pack on your back and adjust the shoulder straps. Then gently snug the load-lifter straps to pull weight off your shoulders. After this adjust the sternum strap as needed to a comfortable height across your chest. Finally, make some adjustments to the shoulder strap and carefully take a bit of tension off of them.
